We sell 3 different hard water magnets for home or residential use.  We recommend 3 units for typical home use for 1/2 to 1" pipe size:  2 on cold water line as water comes into house & 1 after hot water heater.  You may need more units depending on if you have more than one filter and/or hot water heater.

Return Policy for Residential Use: All Hard Water Conditioners must be used for 90 days, and if not satisfied, return within the following 30 days for a full refund (minus the S&H & credit card fees). No questions asked. Water magnets must be installed for a period of 90 days so that they may properly solve each unique hard water situation. Must be returned in like-new, clean condition. There will be a 25% restocking fee if you do not actually use water magnets for 90 days as you must give them a chance to work.
Refunds for MAGNETIZER® brand (home use): 2 or 3 pair order purchases only. Two or three pairs are recommended to obtain the full benefits. One pair may be insufficient and will not be refunded.
