A large capacity, economical water filtration system that maintains high quality filtration for removal of Bad Tastes, Odors, Chlorine, and Organics such as THM's; and Inorganics such as Lead. Ideal for condo, apartment, business or office where a drain is not accessible.

Is an UPFLOW filter that means that it is continuously self-cleaning - NO backwash or drain is needed. Just simply change the pre- & post filter cartridges in the housings.

The Pre-filter catches particulate down to 3 microns before going into the filter tank. After the tank, the Post-filter provides extremely fine filtration down to 1 micron to remove Cryptosporidium, Giardia Lamblia & Parasites.

- 3 micron Pre-filter is changed every 3 to 6 mo. or as necessary if water slows,
- 1 micron Post-filter is changed at least every 12 mo. or if water slows.
- When media in the large tank is "used up", it can easily be re-bedded.

NOTE: Not designed for use on microbiologically unsafe water supplies.
